Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview: At Whiff Story, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our fragrances. Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns & Refunds:

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been delivered.

  • Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot restock or resell opened or used personal care products. Therefore, we cannot accept returns even if the product is unused.

Cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at curiouswhiffo@whiffstory.com with your Order ID to request a cancellation. If the order is still in the "Processing" stage, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, handed over to our courier partner, or a tracking number has been generated, cancellations are not permitted.

Damaged or Wrong Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item:

  1. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at curiouswhiffo@whiffstory.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage/issue.

  3. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement for the same item. We do not offer cash refunds.
